When was the last time you found pleasure in the Word of
God? How long has it been since you looked in the Bible to find out more about who God is and what He expects of you as His child?
Jeremiah was the prophet of God who was trying to get God's
message across to His stubborn stiff-necked people. They were paying attention to idols and false prophets instead of the Lord.
This is what Lord Almighty says:
"To whom can I speak and give warning? Who will listen to me? Their ears are closed so they cannot hear. The word of the Lord is offensive to them; they find no pleasure in it." --Jeremiah 6:10
How sad it was that the Lord was warning over and over they
were getting off track, yet no one was listening.
